The living room, separated from the kitchen by an island with three high stools, is perfect for comfortable dining. It has a sofa, coffee table, TV, and direct access to the terrace—ideal for relaxing and enjoying sea views at breakfast or watching a spectacular sunset. The apartment offers central air conditioning, heating, high-speed internet and Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, private TV, and a workspace. Less than 50 meters from the beach. The complex features an outdoor communal pool, children’s pool, outdoor shower, garden, and playground. Enjoy sports facilities with tennis and paddle courts, plus a multi-sports court for football and basketball. Private parking space within the complex (under shade). The communal pool is open from mid-June to mid-September. Convenient self check-in with video access information and instructions for a seamless stay.
